Clients may only use the Certification Mark & logo based on the terms and use of the logo agreement with QMS Certification.
Clients can only use a Certification Mark with a valid Certificate of Conformity.

This guidance document is provided to all clients of QMS Certification Services who have completed successful approval of a single or integrated management system.
Certificate of Approval
A Certificate issued by QMS Certification Services in no way implies that the client’s product or service is approved by any Accreditation Council or Government Ministers.
A Certificate of Approval issued by QMS Certification Services must not be used by an organization to infer that a particular product is or has been certified.
A Certificate may be reproduced by the client (in color or monochrome), but the content shall not be altered in any way.
If an organization withdraws from certification, any previously issued certificates must be returned to QMS Certification Services within a reasonable timeframe.
The QMS Approved Company Symbol/Logo
Upon successful certification, QMS Certification Services will issue the organization with an “Approved Company” symbols/logo pack.
The supplied symbols may be used on marketing materials, websites, and vehicles but NOT directly on products or product packaging.
Approved company symbols may NOT BE PLACED on laboratory test, calibration, or inspection reports issued by the certified client.
The EGAC Symbol/Logo
The EGAC symbol/logo MUST ONLY BE USED in conjunction with the QMS Approved Company symbols/logos – it MUST NOT be used in isolation.
Result of Incorrect Referencing
Misuse of marks can lead to certification suspension.
Organizations must submit corrective actions within 7 days, and certification can be withdrawn if verification fails within 30 days.
